Shavkat Mirziyoyev takes oath as President of Uzbekistan

Tashkent, The Gulf Observer: A solemn ceremony of the inauguration of the President-elect of the Republic of Uzbekistan is taking place in Tashkent at a joint meeting of the chambers of the Oliy Majlis.

Shavkat Mirziyoyev solemnly took the oath and took office as the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. He was presented with the Presidential Highest Insignia and Standard.
