Qatar University, EAA sign cooperation on scholarships
Doha, The Gulf Observer: Qatar University (QU) has signed an agreement with the Education Above All (EAA) Foundation to develop and enhance joint cooperation regarding the Qatar Scholarships, a program affiliated with the EAA and the General Directorate of Endowments at the Ministry of Endowments (Awqaf) and Islamic Affairs.
The agreement was signed by Vice-President for Student Affairs, Dr. Eiman Mustafawi and Director of the Al Fakhoora Program of the EAA – Education Above All Foundation Talal Al Hothal.
According to the agreement, both parties agreed on bilateral cooperation to offer 100 new scholarships at Qatar University, and to enhance coordination and partnership opportunities in other areas of common interest.
The two parties also agreed to provide all possible assistance within the legally defined competencies for each party, to achieve the objectives of this educational support in a manner that fulfills the role assigned to each of them.
