Samarkand hosts 7th International Congress on Cultural Heritage of Uzbekistan
Samarkand, The Gulf Observer: Samarkand hosts the 7th International Congress of the World Society for the Study, Preservation and Popularization of the Cultural Legacy of Uzbekistan “The Cultural Legacy of Uzbekistan: The Foundation of a New Renaissance” with the support of several national and international co-organizers.
This year, almost 70 volumes of albums from the “Cultural Heritage in the World’s Collections” series will be presented at the congress. Among them are albums dedicated to collections of the cultural heritage of Uzbekistan from Azerbaijan, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia (in particular, Tatarstan), Türkiye, and Uzbekistan.
The results of publishing projects implemented by the World Society will be presented to the congress participants.
The scientific part of the upcoming congress consists of 5 international conferences, at which about 120 scientific reports will be heard.
The event participants are discussing new mechanisms for uniting the creative and production capabilities of cinematography organizations of the TURKSOY member countries to create films about the history and historical figures of the states of the Turkic-speaking world.
