Xi sends congratulatory letter to gala dinner of NCUSCR
Beijing, The Gulf Observer: Chinese President Xi Jinping on Wednesday sent a congratulatory letter to the gala dinner of the National Committee on United States-China Relations (NCUSCR).
Founded in 1966, the NCUSCR is a non-partisan, non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of understanding and cooperation between the United States and China.
The annual black-tie gala dinner was held in New York.
