The FCW enabled us to develop our mutual efforts to overcome the challenges that face women in the industry and will continue to strengthen bilateral strategic ties between the UAE and Japan.”

The event celebrated diversity and inclusion, encouraging cross-sector collaboration to address challenges faced by women in the energy sector. The FCW aims to create a more inclusive and diverse workforce by providing platforms for cooperation and knowledge sharing.
