Turkmenistan and Liechtenstein Establish Diplomatic Relations with Signing of Joint Communique

New York, The Gulf Observer: Turkmenistan and the Principality of Liechtenstein have formally established diplomatic relations through a Joint Communique signed in a ceremony at Turkmenistan’s Permanent Mission to the United Nations, as reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan on Monday.

The document was signed by Aksoltan Atayeva, Turkmenistan’s Permanent Representative to the UN, and Christian Wenaweser, Liechtenstein’s Permanent Representative. This agreement marks a new chapter in bilateral ties between the two nations, setting a foundation for cooperation across political, economic, and humanitarian spheres.

In their discussions, the diplomats highlighted potential avenues for collaboration within the framework of the United Nations, with a shared commitment to peacebuilding, preventive diplomacy, and fostering international sports relations.
