International Conference CIET 2024 Commences in Ashgabat
Ashgabat, The Gulf Observer: The large-scale International Conference CIET 2024 has officially commenced in Ashgabat, gathering prominent representatives from the construction, industrial, and energy sectors. The prestigious event aims to foster collaboration and explore innovative solutions in these critical industries.
The conference is attended by senior government officials from Turkmenistan, including Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Baimyrat Annamammedov, Minister of Industry and Construction Production Toyguly Nurov, and Minister of Finance and Economy Serdar Jorayev.
Distinguished international guests include high-profile leaders of major global companies: Chairman of the Board of Çalık Holding Ahmet Çalık, Head of Rönesans Holding Erman Ilicak, and Chairman of Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd Chung Wanju. Japan’s business sector is represented by Tanaka Masakazu from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Yasunori Sakamoto from Mitsubishi Corporation. Other key participants include Alexander Matzinger of Gertner Group and Colin Nelson of LIAMOL TRADING GmbH.
The three-day conference features a comprehensive agenda, including discussions on new investment opportunities in the electric power, construction, and industry sectors. Key highlights will include the signing of memorandums and contracts, as well as a series of seminars and roundtables focused on industry advancements. Special emphasis will be placed on the second phase of construction of the smart city Arkadag.
