Abbas Araqchi Hails Tehran Dialogue Forum 2025 as a Triumph of Regional Diplomacy

Tehran, The Gulf Observer: Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs Abbas Araqchi has lauded the successful conclusion of the 2025 Tehran Dialogue Forum (TDF), describing the event as “a powerful display of mutual understanding, attentive listening, and authentic dialogue.”
In a statement posted on social media platform X on Tuesday, Araqchi praised the two-day forum, held on May 18–19 in Tehran, which brought together a distinguished array of participants including Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, senior Iranian officials, foreign ministers, heads of think tanks, and international policy experts.
“The 2025 Tehran Dialogue Forum transformed Tehran into the beating heart of regional concord and a hub of diplomacy shaped by a markedly different atmosphere,” Araqchi stated.
He expressed deep appreciation for the efforts of the organizers, particularly the Institute for Political and International Studies (IPIS), which operates under Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and served as the main convener of the forum.
“I could not be prouder of my colleagues at the Institute for Political and International Studies, and more grateful to the distinguished guests whose presence and engagement made TDF2025 a truly remarkable success,” Araqchi added.
The Tehran Dialogue Forum 2025 served as a key diplomatic platform for the exchange of views on pressing geopolitical, economic, and regional cooperation issues, further enhancing Iran’s role as a facilitator of dialogue and multilateral engagement in the region.
