Algeria and Qatar Reaffirm Strong Bilateral Ties and Commitment to Expanding Economic Cooperation

Algiers, The Gulf Observer: The Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Algeria, Lunas Muqraman, received His Excellency Abdul Aziz Ali Al-Naemeh, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Algeria, at the Ministry’s headquarters.

The meeting took place as part of ongoing efforts to follow up on and further implement cooperation opportunities between Algeria and the State of Qatar. Both sides praised the depth and durability of the fraternal relations uniting the two sisterly nations.

Discussions highlighted the distinguished level of bilateral cooperation achieved under the leadership of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune, and His Highness the Amir of Qatar, Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani. The officials commended the strategic vision and guidance of the two leaders in advancing political, economic, and investment ties.

The meeting also underscored the importance of sustaining momentum in economic collaboration, with particular emphasis on expanding joint investment projects and strengthening partnerships across key sectors. Both parties reaffirmed their commitment to further consolidating bilateral cooperation in line with the shared aspirations of the two countries.
