Muscat, The Gulf Observer: In accordance with the directive of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, H H Sayyid Taimour bin Asaad al Said will preside over the upcoming annual race of the Royal Cavalry. The prestigious event is scheduled to take place on January 22 in the Wilayat of Ibri, Governorate of A’Dhahirah.

Organized by the Royal Court Affairs, represented by the esteemed Royal Cavalry, the race will feature five laps showcasing the speed and agility of purebred Arabian horses. The pinnacle of the competition will be the final lap, during which riders will vie for the coveted His Majesty the Sultan’s Cup, adding an extra layer of significance to the event.
