Azerbaijan and Pakistan Reaffirm Commitment to Strengthen Strategic and Parliamentary Cooperation

Baku, The Gulf Observer: Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ali Asadov, held a meeting on Tuesday with a high-level delegation from Pakistan led by Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, Speaker of the National Assembly of Pakistan.

During the meeting, both sides hailed the strong and dynamic fraternal relations between Azerbaijan and Pakistan, emphasizing that the bilateral partnership is grounded in mutual trust, consistent support, and high-level political dialogue.

The two leaders highlighted the significance of inter-parliamentary cooperation, noting that the close and productive ties between the legislative bodies of both countries have played a vital role in further deepening the overall bilateral relationship.

Discussions also covered opportunities to expand cooperation across a wide range of sectors, as well as key regional and international issues of mutual interest. The meeting reaffirmed both countries’ commitment to enhancing their partnership in political, economic, and cultural spheres.
