Azerbaijan and Türkiye Reaffirm Strategic Brotherhood, Enhance Judicial Cooperation

Baku, The Gulf Observer: President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Muhsin Şentürk, Prosecutor General of the Supreme Court of Appeal of the Republic of Türkiye, on April 7, underscoring the deep-rooted ties between the two nations.
During the meeting, Muhsin Şentürk expressed his gratitude for the warm reception and conveyed the greetings of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to President Ilham Aliyev. The Azerbaijani President thanked him for the message and requested that his own greetings be extended to President Erdoğan.
Both sides highlighted the exceptional nature of Azerbaijan–Türkiye relations, emphasizing that their partnership—grounded in brotherhood and a strategic alliance—remains unparalleled globally. They praised the continued advancement of bilateral cooperation across all sectors.
The discussion also focused on strengthening collaboration between the prosecution authorities of the two countries. In this regard, the parties noted the significance of their engagement within the Organization of Turkic States and stressed the importance of further enhancing the exchange of legal expertise and institutional cooperation.
The meeting concluded with an exchange of views on expanding future cooperation, reaffirming both nations’ commitment to deepening their strategic partnership.
