Azerbaijan Participates in UN Cybersecurity Session
New York City, The Gulf Observer: The concluding session of the Ad Hoc Committee to Elaborate a Comprehensive International Convention on Countering the Use of Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) for Criminal Purposes took place in New York City. Representatives from the State Service of Special Communication and Information Security (SSSCIS) of the Republic of Azerbaijan, including the head of the department Elgin Abdullayev and Vusala Mammadova, attended the session, according to the reports of SSSCIS.
The session primarily focused on the deliberation of non-agreed articles of the Convention, revisiting proposed amendments, and incorporating specific changes into the Convention’s content.
