Azerbaijan to Begin Exporting Trucks, Cars to Turkmenistan
Sumgayit, The Gulf Observer: Azerbaijan is set to establish the export of trucks and cars to Turkmenistan with the launch of a new plant for the production of IVECO cars and trucks in the Sumgayit district.
The plant, expected to be operational this year, will have the capacity to produce 100 vehicles annually.
The products of this plant are planned for export not only to Turkmenistan but also to Russia, Georgia, and Iran. This marks a significant step in expanding Azerbaijan’s automotive industry and boosting its export capabilities.
The information comes from the Türkmenhowaýollary agency, highlighting the growing economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and its neighboring countries.
