Azerbaijan, Türkiye discuss strategic solutions to water scarcity

Baku, The Gulf Observer: Chairman of the Azerbaijan State Water Reserves Agency Zaur Mikayilov met with Minister of Agriculture and Forestry of Türkiye Ibrahim Yumakli and staff accompanying him, the State Water Reserves Agency told media.

At the meeting, work in the direction of water security priority, long-term strategic solutions to water scarcity, education in the direction of efficient use of water, effective exchange of experience between Türkiye and Azerbaijan, etc. issues were discussed.

A mutual agreement was reached on the expansion of bilateral relations in this direction in the future.
