Azerbaijani, Turkish FMs discuss peace agenda with Armenia
Jeddah, The Gulf Observer: Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has met with his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan on the sidelines of the extraordinary ministerial meeting of the Executive Committee of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) regarding the recent events in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict zone, according to media reports.
During the meeting, the sides discussed the agenda of bilateral strategic alliance relations, issues of cooperation within the international organizations, the recent processes taking place in the region, as well as the prospects of the peace agenda between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
They also exchanged views on the issues discussed at the 27th Meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Economic Cooperation Organization held in Shusha and the participation of the two countries in multilateral format events by the end of the year.
The FMs also discussed processes taking place in the broader region.
