Baku, The Gulf Observer: Azerbaijan’s Minister of Economy, Mikayil Jabbarov, held a significant meeting with Harry Boyd-Carpenter, the Managing Director for Climate Strategy and Delivery at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
