Bahrain to participate in 2024 FIBA Men’s Pre-Qualifying Olympic Tournament
Damascus, The Gulf Observer: The Bahrain National Basketball team arrived here to take part in the 2024 FIBA Men’s Pre-Qualifying Olympic Qualifying Tournament in Asia.
The six-team tournament will take place at the Al-Fayhaa Sports Hall on August 12-17. The winning team will qualify for the 2024 FIBA Men’s Olympic Qualifying Tournaments.
Ahead of the tournament, the national squad held a preparatory camp in Türkiye, where they played Saudi Arabia, Lebanon and Cameroun.
The national team will play Saudi Arabia on Saturday at 05:30 pm, Kazakhstan on Sunday at 03:00 pm, Syria on Monday at 08:00 pm, Indonesia on Wednesday at 05:30 pm and Indonesia on Thursday at 03:00 pm, all Bahrain time.
