Consul General participated in a welcome dinner for Chinese enterprises who are Participating in the 4th International Textile Exhibition (TEXPO 2023), during a welcoming speech he said that with the right partnerships in place, these enterprises can maximize their potential and become more competitive in the global market.

Ghulam Qadir, Commercial Counsellor Pakistan Embassy Beijing, invited Chinese enterprises in the textile sector to come and invest in Pakistan, while the Pakistani government is organized to fully support Chinese entrepreneurs to invest and make joint ventures.“Pakistan’s objective is to actively promote and facilitate trade while nurturing a robust export culture. Chinese delegation presence here not only acknowledges our dedicated efforts but also reflects your confidence in the immense potential of Pakistan’s textile and leather industry”, he added.

Addressing a welcoming dinner, Muhammad Irfan, Commercial Counsellor, Consulate of Pakistan in Guangzhou said that TEXPO provides the opportunity to establish business relations with delegates representing various countries particularly Chinese enterprises with Pakistani counterparts.“TEXPO 2023 will serve as a platform for building new partnerships, exploring innovative business opportunities, and strengthening existing ties.

We hope you have an enjoyable and comfortable stay in our beautiful country”, he further said.It is to be noted that the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TAP) organized the 4th International Textile Exhibition (TEXPO2023) which started on 26 May to remain on 28 May and more than 400 delegates from 60 countries participating in the exhibition, with around 100 Chinese enterprises participating.
