In parallel with the official commemoration, the RBAF welcomed the public to a static display of military vehicles and defence equipment at Bravo Jetty, Royal Brunei Navy Base.
Families, students, and visitors from across the country were treated to an up-close experience with an array of military hardware, including:
- Armoured vehicles

- Mobile radar units
- Field gear and combat support systems
Children eagerly climbed into vehicle cabins while RBAF personnel explained their real-world applications. Uniformed officers engaged with the public, answering questions and sharing insights into the military’s operations and community involvement.
The event served not only to educate and inspire, but also to foster a deeper appreciation for the professionalism and dedication of Brunei’s military personnel.
Bridging Defence and Society
The 64th Anniversary celebration exemplified the RBAF’s dual commitment to national defence and public engagement. The open-air exhibition at Bravo Jetty particularly reflected efforts to make the armed forces more accessible and transparent to the citizens they serve.
As the RBAF continues to evolve amid regional and global challenges, this anniversary celebration was a moment of pride, reflection, and unity — marking six decades of steadfast service, and looking confidently toward the future.
