Al Ain, The Gulf Observer: The FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ Trophy Tour is set to make its way to the UAE, with FIFA announcing the tour’s Asian launch scheduled for February 22nd to 24th.

A series of prestigious events will take place at some of Abu Dhabi’s most iconic landmarks, including Al Ain, to celebrate the tournament and engage football fans globally. Al Ain Club will become the first club on the Asian continent to host the cup tour.

Meanwhile, FIFA President Gianni Infantino has described the new FIFA Club World Cup™ trophy as the “start of a new history.” Speaking at an event in New York to mark the official launch of the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ Trophy Tour, Infantino emphasized the tour’s significance in offering fans worldwide the opportunity to witness the biggest prize in world club football in person.

The newly designed trophy, created by FIFA in collaboration with global luxury jeweller Tiffany & Co., will visit cities of all 32 participating clubs in the months ahead. The tour aims to build excitement for the tournament, which is being heralded as the most inclusive and merit-based club competition to date.

The inaugural FIFA Club World Cup™ 2025 will be held in the United States, spanning 11 host cities and 12 stadiums. The competition will commence on Saturday, June 14, in Miami and culminate on Sunday, July 13, at MetLife Stadium in New York/New Jersey, where the winner will be awarded the prestigious silverware, symbolizing the pinnacle of club football excellence.
