Global Leaders to Convene in Antalya for 5th Diplomacy Forum Amid Rising Global Uncertainty

Antalya, The Gulf Observer: World leaders, senior government officials, and prominent international figures are set to gather in Türkiye for the 5th Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF2026), scheduled to take place from April 17 to 19 under the theme “Navigating Uncertainty in a Changing World,” diplomatic sources confirmed on Sunday.

The high-profile forum will be held under the auspices of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and hosted by the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, reflecting Türkiye’s continued commitment to fostering global dialogue and diplomatic engagement.

According to officials, the forum is expected to bring together more than 20 heads of state and government, around 15 vice presidents and deputy leaders, and over 50 ministers, including more than 40 foreign ministers from across the globe.

In total, the event will host over 460 high-level participants, including representatives from approximately 75 international organizations, alongside nearly 5,000 attendees comprising academics, experts, and students from more than 150 countries.

The three-day forum will feature over 40 sessions and events, including leader panels, addressing pressing global challenges such as geopolitical uncertainties, economic transformations, environmental issues, and technological advancements. Discussions will aim to explore cooperative strategies and policy responses in an increasingly complex international landscape.

On the sidelines of the forum, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan is expected to participate in a series of key diplomatic engagements. These include the third meeting of the Balkan Peace Platform’s foreign ministers, a Gaza-focused eight-party meeting, an informal session of the Organization of Turkic States Foreign Ministers Council, and a quadrilateral meeting involving Türkiye, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.
