Grand Imam of Al-Azhar Congratulates UAE on 53rd Eid Al Etihad
Cairo, The Gulf Observer: His Eminence Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Tayeb, the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, extended heartfelt congratulations to President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Members of the Supreme Council, the Rulers of the Emirates, and the Emirati people on the occasion of the 53rd Eid Al Etihad.
In a statement issued today, Dr. Al-Tayeb highlighted that the Eid Al Etihad marks the establishment of the UAE, a milestone celebrated for its spirit of unity and solidarity. He praised the UAE for its remarkable achievements in development and progress, benefitting its people and elevating the nation on the global stage.
Al Azhar also commended the UAE’s global efforts in promoting values of tolerance, fraternity, peace, and coexistence among diverse peoples and cultures, underscoring the country’s role in fostering international harmony.
