H.E. Alisher Tukhtaev Expresses Solidarity with Pakistan on Defence and Martyrs’ Day

Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Pakistan, H.E. Alisher Tukhtaev, extended heartfelt solidarity with the people of Pakistan on the occasion of Defence and Martyrs’ Day, paying tribute to the sacrifices of the nation’s heroes.

In his message, the envoy said September 6 is eternally inscribed in Pakistan’s history as a day of courage, resilience, and unity, when the entire nation stood shoulder to shoulder with its armed forces to defend the homeland.

“Dear brothers and sisters in Pakistan, today, on Defence and Martyrs’ Day, I bow my head before the brave martyrs of this sacred land who sacrificed their lives for the motherland, for peace, and for future generations,” the ambassador stated.

He underscored that the martyrs of Pakistan are not only national heroes but also heroes of humanity, as their sacrifices remind the world that freedom and honor are priceless. “Their blood became the seed of peace, stability, and future prosperity,” he noted.

On behalf of the Embassy of Uzbekistan and in his personal capacity, Tukhtaev expressed deep respect for the families of martyrs, acknowledging their supreme sacrifice. “We share with you both the sorrow and the pride. We honor the memory of the fallen martyrs and bow before their families, who gave the most precious for the motherland,” he said.

Concluding his message, the ambassador prayed for the continued peace, strength, and prosperity of Pakistan, affirming the spirit of brotherhood between the two nations.

“May the Almighty always protect Pakistan. Long live brotherly Pakistan!” he added.
