Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation Hosts Russian Delegation to Enhance Educational Cooperation
Dubai, The Gulf Observer: Dr. Khalifa Al Suwaidi, Secretary-General and CEO of the Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation for Medical and Educational Sciences, warmly welcomed a Russian delegation from the Talent and Success educational foundation and Sirius Federal Territory Council (Sirius) at the Foundation’s headquarters. Led by Elena Shmeleva, Chairman of Sirius, the delegation’s visit underscores the commitment to fostering international cooperation in education, science, technology, and talent discovery.
