In a poignant address marking this milestone, Sheikh Hamdan reflected on the monumental decision of unifying the armed forces, spearheaded by the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and supported by his esteemed founding brothers. This strategic move, Sheikh Hamdan emphasized, fortified the nation’s defenses and solidified its unity under a singular banner, leadership, and flag, laying the groundwork for sustained progress and comprehensive development.
Sheikh Hamdan lauded the unwavering commitment of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President and Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, in nurturing excellence within the armed forces and ensuring their steadfast dedication to their duties.
