HEC Secretary General of Bahrain receives Kingdom University President

Manama, The Gulf Observer: Dr. Diana Abdulkarim Al Jahrami, Secretary General of the Higher Education Council (HEC), received Hassan Rafdan AlHajhoj, Kingdom University President.

The meeting discussed the university’s plans and programs in line with the regulations of the HEC.

The Secretary-General emphasized the benefits of obtaining international accreditation for academic programs offered by higher education institutions to ensure and develop the quality of outputs, obtain international recognition, and sustainable development of academic programs through self-evaluation.

She also noted that international accreditation facilitates the provision of international educational resources to students, and provides them with the specialized knowledge and skills to excel in the labor market and enhance their professional opportunities.
