House of Elaan welcomes Senator Mushahid Hussain
Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: On 9th May 2024, Senator Mushahid Hussain visited the House of Elaan and was welcomed by Mr. Ovais Ali Khokhar, CEO of the House of Elaan, and the management of the company.
A detailed briefing was given to the visiting dignitary about the working of the company and its subsidies. House of Elaan is Pakistan’s premier real estate management and construction company, which has delivered more than 50 projects in the twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad.
Mr. Ovais Ali Khokhar explained the vision of the company for expanding business operations in China and Central Asia. House of Elaan has started a grand project called “Magnus Mall,” which is being built in the Gulberg Residencia, Islamabad. It houses the first of its kind, “Shared Community Bazaar,” which will become the heart of trading among the countries linked with Pakistan through China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).
Senator Mushahid Hussain, who has always advocated for regional connectivity, praised the idea and said that this project will benefit international companies that will be coming to Pakistan for their investment. Shared Community Bazaar will not only provide display centers but also houses, serviced apartments, conference rooms, and offices under one roof.
The Magnus Mall is a purpose-built building of international standards which will cater international trade through the Shared Community Bazaar. This is a landmark project that is being built by the private sector in Pakistan to honor President Xi Jinping’s concept of a community with a shared future. Pakistan is a key partner of China’s Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), and such ventures will improve connectivity through CPEC.
Mr. Ovais Ali Khokhar, CEO, House of Elaan thanked Senator Mushahid Hussain for his visit. The meeting was also attended by Mr. Obaid Ayub, Director, House of Elaan, and Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram, Consultant, House of Elaan.
