Iranian President Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian Arrives at Prime Minister House; Guard of Honour, Bilateral Talks, and Agreements Expected

Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian, arrived at the Prime Minister House in Islamabad today, where he was warmly received by Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif.

Upon his arrival, the Iranian President was presented with a Guard of Honour by the armed forces of Pakistan. National anthems of both countries were played, and a formal salute was given to the distinguished guest.

Prime Minister Sharif and President Pezeshkian are scheduled to hold a bilateral meeting to discuss matters of mutual interest, regional cooperation, and strengthening economic ties.

Following the one-on-one meeting, both leaders will lead their respective delegations in a high-level delegation-level dialogue.

The visit will also witness the signing of several Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) and cooperation agreements in diverse fields aimed at enhancing bilateral collaboration.

The proceedings will conclude with a joint press stakeout by the Prime Minister of Pakistan and the President of Iran, sharing key outcomes of the engagements with the media.
