Iran’s Abbas Araghchi Heads to Doha for Talks with Qatari Officials and Hamas Leaders
Tehran, The Gulf Observer: Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi is traveling to Doha for high-level discussions with Qatari officials and senior members of the Palestinian resistance movement, Hamas.
According to a press release issued by the Iranian Foreign Ministry on Thursday, Araghchi will meet with senior Hamas leaders to discuss the latest developments in Palestine. The statement added that the minister will also extend Iran’s message of congratulations to the Palestinian people on what Tehran describes as their “epic” 16-month resistance against Israeli aggression.
In addition to his meetings with Hamas officials, Araghchi is scheduled to hold discussions with senior Qatari officials, focusing on regional developments and strengthening bilateral relations between Tehran and Doha.
