Kazakh envoy visits Quaid-e-Azam University

Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Pakistan H.E. Mr. Y.Kistafin paid a visit to Quaid-e-Azam University, where he met with its Vice-Chancellor Dr. Niaz Ahmad Akhtar and Heads of faculties, congratulated him on his appointment, wished him further success.

He informed about the ongoing work of the Embassy in the framework of the development of cooperation between universities of the two countries, signed Memoranda of Understanding between Quaid-i-Azam University and the Kazakh-British Technical University, Kazakh National University.

For his part, the newly appointed Vice-rector expressed interest in further strengthening cooperation with the academic circles of Kazakhstan, following the meeting, an agreement was reached on organizing a visit to Kazakhstan by the leadership of Quaid-i-Azam University as part of a delegation of leading universities of Pakistan.
