He highlighted that the Constitution prioritizes the interests, rights, and freedoms of Kazakh citizens, underscoring that all reforms undertaken in the country aim to enhance the welfare of the people. “The purpose of all reforms carried out in Kazakhstan is the people’s welfare,” the message read.
