Khiva hosts First International Ethnosport Festival
Khiva, The Gulf Observer: As previously reported, on September 7-9 this year, the Ichan Kala Complex in Khiva hosted the First International Ethnosport Festival.
About two thousand athletes from 63 countries took part in it. Along with competitions, the festival program was enriched by a pilaf cooking championship, exhibitions of fruits and vegetables, colorful festivals, official meetings, and cultural events.
The festival, which united representatives of different nationalities, was widely covered not only in Uzbekistan, but also on an international scale.
