Dubai, The Gulf Observer: H.H. Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture), met with Nicolas Niemtchinow, Ambassador of France to the UAE, to discuss strengthening strategic collaboration in the arts and culture sectors. The meeting built on the longstanding ties between the UAE and France, focusing on shared cultural goals and the advancement of creativity and heritage preservation.
