In a post shared on her official social media accounts, Mehriban Aliyeva conveyed her warm wishes to women, highlighting the importance of the day dedicated to celebrating their contributions and achievements.

International Women’s Day, observed annually on March 8, is marked worldwide to recognize the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women while also emphasizing the ongoing efforts toward gender equality and women’s empowerment.
