Oman and Libya Discuss Strengthening Bilateral Relations
Muscat, The Gulf Observer: The Sultanate of Oman and the State of Libya have engaged in discussions aimed at enhancing relations across various sectors. The meeting, held in Muscat on Monday, featured Sheikh Khalifa Ali Al Harthy, Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry for Political Affairs of Oman, and Mohamed Khalil Issa, Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs of Libya.
During the talks, the two officials reviewed the latest political developments in Libya and exchanged views on key regional issues. The discussions underscored the importance of continued cooperation and dialogue between the two nations to address mutual interests and regional stability.
The meeting was attended by Hajer Amr Al-Nami, the Libyan Ambassador to Oman, Dr. Zainab Said Al Qasmi, Head of the Diplomatic Academy, and several other officials from both sides. The participants emphasized the significance of strengthening diplomatic ties and exploring new avenues for collaboration between Oman and Libya.
