Oman and Qatar Foreign Ministers Discuss Bilateral Ties and Regional Developments

New York, The Gulf Observer: Foreign Minister of the Sultanate of Oman, Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, held a meeting with Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, on the sidelines of the 80th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
The discussions focused on strengthening bilateral relations, enhancing avenues of cooperation, and reviewing the latest regional and international developments, particularly the situation in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories.
Both sides also exchanged views on several issues of mutual concern. They emphasized the need to intensify regional and international efforts to reduce tensions and resolve disputes through dialogue and peaceful means.
