Spotlight on Private Education

The Directorate-General of Private Schools is showcasing innovative practices and modern educational methodologies employed in Oman’s private education sector. The exhibition highlights new curricula, state-of-the-art learning environments, and the adoption of advanced teaching techniques, all contributing to the continuous enhancement of educational quality.

This participation also serves as a platform for dialogue between private schools, parents, institutions, and industry, fostering strategic partnerships aimed at the long-term development of the Sultanate’s educational landscape.

A Vision-Aligned Platform for Future Education

Amro bin Abdullah Baabood, CEO of Arabian House for Data Analysis, the event organizer, underlined GEDEX’s role as a catalyst for educational progress:

“Our goal is to create an interactive platform that unites students, parents, and institutions from Oman and abroad. The variety of events – from conferences to training and student-led projects – supports the goals of Oman Vision 2040 in delivering high-quality, innovative education.”

He emphasized the importance of the strategic collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Innovation, and the Ministry of Labor, noting that such partnerships enhance student skill development and better prepare them for the modern job market.

As GEDEX 2025 concludes, it reaffirms its position as a premier platform shaping the future of education in Oman and fostering dialogue, innovation, and collaboration on both local and international scales.
