Oman Ranked Among World’s Safest Countries in 2024 Gallup Report
Washington, The Gulf Observer: The Sultanate of Oman has been ranked among the ten safest countries in the world for 2024, according to the Global Safety Report released by international analytics firm Gallup.
Oman secured fourth place globally in the index, which measures the extent to which people feel safe in their daily lives, particularly when walking alone at night. The ranking highlights Oman’s consistent efforts to foster an environment of security and stability.
The report also noted Oman’s high score of 91 points in Gallup’s “Law and Order” index, reflecting the nation’s strong commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and effective law enforcement. Gallup emphasized that Oman’s combined focus on security measures and enforcement of law has significantly contributed to the widespread feeling of safety among its citizens and residents.
