Oman Customs thwarts attempts to smuggle psychotropic tablets

Muscat, The Gulf Observer: Oman Customs has foiled attempts to smuggle quantities of psychotropic tablets at Muscat International Airport.

“Muscat International Airport Customs thwarted a number of attempts to smuggle quantities of psychotropic tablets, most notably tramadol,” Oman Customs said in a statement.

Meanwhile, the Department of Investigation and Risk Assessment raided a site for expatriate workers in the Wilayat of Musannah and seized quantities of restricted and adulterated cigarettes.
