OTS Secretary General Attends Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation Meeting in Astana
Astana, The Gulf Observer: Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), Kubanychbek Omuraliev, participated in the 2nd meeting of the Council of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation in Astana.
