Pakistani PM Acknowledges Azerbaijan’s Support, Calls for Regional Peace at UNGA
New York, The Gulf Observer: Prime Minister of Pakistan Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has expressed his gratitude to Azerbaijan for extending diplomatic support to his country, as he addressed the UNGA.
In his remarks, the Prime Minister also conveyed appreciation to China, Türkiye, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Iran, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and UN Secretary-General António Guterres for their continued support.
“We won the war and now we seek peace for our region,” the Pakistani leader stated, emphasizing Islamabad’s commitment to stability and constructive engagement.
