Pakistani Political Parties Hail CPC 3rd Plenary Session as Global South Model

Islamabad, The Gulf Observer: The representatives from Pakistan’s eight major political parties on Wednesday collectively lauded the decisions made during the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), emphasizing its outcomes and model as exemplary for the Global South.

They believe that the policies discussed during the session were exemplary and beneficial, particularly for the developing countries in the Global South including Pakistan. They termed it as a significant milestone in China’s ongoing journey towards modernization and the global leadership. This commendation highlights a sense of admiration and approval for China’s approach and its potential positive impact on the region.

The event, Friends of Silk Road, “Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China organized by Pakistan- China institute in Islamabad emphasized China’s commitment to global role and its readiness to share its progress to the rest of the world.

According to a joint statement, the political parties in Pakistan expressed their commitment to enhance Pakistan-China ties, which stands as cornerstone of peace and prosperity in the region. Together we are united in a commitment to enhance Pak-China relations, it said.

Leaders, including Senators and Parliamentarians, applauded China’s people-centric development model, which balances economic growth and national security. They agreed that these are crucial combinations for countries like Pakistan.

The top leaders emphasized that now is the crucial moment for Pakistan to steer its economic development in a new direction. They mentioned that to unlock Pakistan’s full potential, it is essential to embrace change and innovation, and to open up like China did successfully.
