PM Shehbaz, Premier Li agree on CPEC’s expansion
Beijing, The Gulf Observer: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday met with Chinese Premier Li Keqiang wherein the two sides agreed to expand the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor besides ensuring the early completion of the related projects.
On his arrival at the venue, the Prime Minister was warmly received and given the guard of honour.
In the meeting, both the leaders discussed bilateral matters as well as the ways to strengthen mutual cooperation.
The two sides also held delegation level talks headed by the respective two leaders.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif also met with Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National Peoples Congress Li Zhanshu and discussed the bilateral matters and mutual cooperation.
