President Aliyev Orders Erection of Monument to Architect Ajami Nakhchivani in Nakhchivan
Baku, The Gulf Observer: President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order for the erection of a monument dedicated to the renowned architect Ajami Nakhchivani, a leading figure in Azerbaijan’s medieval architecture.
According to the presidential order, the monument will be installed in the city of Nakhchivan to honor the legacy of the distinguished master, whose works have left an enduring mark on the country’s cultural and architectural heritage.
The Cabinet of Ministers of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, in coordination with Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Culture, has been instructed to oversee the execution of the project. The Cabinet of Ministers has also been tasked with resolving all matters arising from the implementation of the order.
