President of Azerbaijan Approves Visa Exemption Agreement with Morocco

Baku, The Gulf Observer: The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, has officially signed a law approving the “Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco on exemption from visa requirements for holders of general citizen passports,” according to media reports.
The document confirms that the agreement, initially signed in Banjul on May 4, 2024, has now been ratified. This agreement marks a significant step in enhancing bilateral relations and facilitating travel between Azerbaijan and Morocco for their citizens.
The approval of this agreement is expected to strengthen diplomatic ties and promote greater cooperation in various fields between the two nations. Citizens of both countries holding general passports will now be able to travel more freely without the need for a visa, fostering closer cultural and economic exchanges.
