President of Mongolia to Undertake State Visit to Uzbekistan
Tashkent, The Gulf Observer: The President of Mongolia, Ukhnaagiin Khürelsükh, will pay a state visit to Uzbekistan from June 23 to June 26, as announced by the press service of the President of Uzbekistan.
During this visit, high-level negotiations are scheduled to take place in Tashkent, where both nations will deliberate on broadening and fortifying Uzbek-Mongolian relations.
Key discussions between the leaders will focus on advancing political dialogue and enhancing inter-parliamentary contacts. They will also address strategies to boost bilateral trade, and the execution of joint projects in critical sectors including the mining industry, agriculture, livestock farming, light industry, healthcare, transport, and logistics.
Additionally, measures to strengthen cultural, humanitarian, and tourism ties will be on the agenda, along with an exchange of views on various international issues.
The summit is expected to culminate in the signing of a comprehensive package of intergovernmental and interdepartmental agreements.
In conjunction with the official talks, the leaders will engage with representatives from leading companies and business circles, and will participate in several other bilateral events.
President Khürelsükh will also visit Khiva, where he will explore the rich cultural and historical heritage of Uzbekistan.
