President Pezeshkian Congratulates Tajikistan on Independence Day, Stresses Deepening Bilateral Ties
Tehran, The Gulf Observer: President Masoud Pezeshkian has underlined the significance of the fraternal, cultural, and historical bonds between the Iranian and Tajik nations, describing them as a strong foundation for expanding cooperation in multiple areas.
In a congratulatory message to President Emomali Rahmon on the occasion of the 34th anniversary of Tajikistan’s Independence Day on Monday, Pezeshkian extended his best wishes to the Tajik people.
He stressed that the shared heritage and close ties between the two nations provide a valuable basis for strengthening collaboration across various fields. Expressing confidence in the mutual determination of both sides, the Iranian president said relations between Tehran and Dushanbe will continue to grow and deepen.
Pezeshkian further voiced hope for the continued expansion of bilateral relations in line with the common interests of the two countries and their peoples.
