Astana, The Gulf Observer: President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Wednesday surveyed an exposition of advanced digital solutions showcased during a session of the Council for AI Development, the Akorda press service reported.

The exhibition brought together leading domestic companies and organizations, including Ustem Foundation, Freedom Bank, Yandex Qazaqstan, Kaspi Bank, JSC Kazakhtelecom, JSC Eurasian Bank, JSC National Managing Holding Baiterek, and JSC NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy, among others. The participants presented a diverse portfolio of projects highlighting the growing role of artificial intelligence across key sectors.

The solutions on display covered a wide spectrum, ranging from education, culture, and logistics to smart city technologies. Exhibitors also demonstrated innovations in online tourism services, generative AI platforms, B2B digital agents, and AITU’s home-produced messenger.

In the transport sector, the presentation emphasized integrated AI-powered systems for transport management and the development of a next-generation 5G-based telecommunications environment, designed to enhance connectivity and efficiency.

The Council session reaffirmed Kazakhstan’s focus on harnessing artificial intelligence to drive digital transformation, improve public services, and strengthen competitiveness in the global technological landscape.
