Qatari PM receives phone call from US Secretary of State
Doha, The Gulf Observer: Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani received yesterday a phone call from Secretary of State of the United States of America H E Antony Blinken.
During the call, they discussed relations between the two countries, the latest developments in Afghanistan, and the recent escalation of the conflict in the Palestinian territories.
The two sides welcomed, during the call, a cease-fire agreement between the Palestinian and Israeli sides.
H E the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs thanked the United States of America for its efforts that supported the regional endeavours to reach this agreement.
